My camera has condensation within the LED area. What do I do?
The water sitting within your camera can be for a variety of reasons however the main reason is due to condensation.
All APro cameras are weatherproof to IP67 and are IK10 rated so can safely withstand operation in harsh climates.
The reason why condensation has occurred within the camera can be down to the harsh temperature difference from when it has been sitting at room temperature all the way to really cold climate. The severe difference can create humidity within the camera and therefore the water gets trapped within the unit.
There is no real way of water getting into the camera as the camera is sealed using rubber seals and hence why the water inside cannot leave the camera.
To combat this issue, you will need to ensure the LED in the camera is running for a prolonged period which should safely burn off any water inside the LED region.
